members with a similar setup have seen about 505 rwhp (but thats without meth injection) so im hoping for around 550.

also the turbo, like i said it a turbonetics t70 ceramic ball bearing turbo
t04 style P trim with a .68 A/R
ive only driven the car once since all of this (dealing with a possible cracked cylinder head right now) and the turbo has responded beautifully.

Thats a pretty largish turbo for a street 3.8, Have you driven it at all yet? i thing Keith has a 70 on his GN and was saying its a bit lazy?
What are you doing for fueling/tuning? boost reffrenced FMU or regulator?
Just seen that you got the ball bearing catridiged one too, baller! Ive got a similar project going on with my LS1, which uses a GT76S plain bearing.

well the motor revs fast due to the big loose stall, but you need load to spool the turbo, im worried with mine if it starts spining bad enough the load will go away and the turbo will go away till the next gear.
Does HPT have 2 or 3 bar tuning avail for this motor/ECM? i know it was somewhat limited. Im using the 3 bar tuning for mine with a 89' TTA map sensor.
Is 1 255 in-tank gonna be enough for that?
Cool project though!! The header and y config looks very similar to the one im using.

Where does the car reach full boost?

Nice, make sure to get some Vids of it too.
i'm betting it will sound like a mix between a 300ZX Turbo and a a Audi S4

Where in SM were you? I lived there my whole life until a few months ago.
I'm udlose's friend, and helped with the swap. A lot of work has gone into the car, as I'm sure most of you have already experienced. Been signed up for a while, just never posted.
