Oh its very true. But honestly swinging the wii mote that hard is probably way past what the sensors can read anyways. Just someone getting to much in the game or being stupid.

So who heard about the Nintendo lawsuit concerning the wii motes be copyrighted?

the screen itself is the most expensive part of the LCD. The "motherboard" which houses all the inputs and processors doesnt cost piddly squat compared to the screen. at the cost of the TV plus screen, you might as well just buy a brand new tv from best buy.

Its repairable if one can get the parts on thier own. Im going to gaurantee that an average joe will not be able to get the parts. See, at the service centers we have schematics & full parts manifests in Factory Tech Manuals so any part number for replacement can be tracked down. Usually only factory authorized repair places or technicians can get that literature. Im gonna also bet that that screen isnt the only damage to that set. So, once average joe replaces the screen, it'll be short lived.

Regardless, IF someone can fix that on thier own, no warranty is going to touch it for further work.

I sent him an email asking more about that tv, and who said what about the warranty thing. This should be good.
