Due to my new self imposed deadline, that I need to be able to run the 64 at the Norwalk Olds race in July, I started working on it last night.
The engine is in :banana1:
And yes my garage is a disaster:rolf

Today is the transmission. Still need to find a bag of money to get new foam and covers for the seats, new door panels, and carpet.
Depending on money I may or may not be switching to discs in the front. I have the spindles and prop valve but need everything else. So I may be rockin' the 4 wheel drums for a bit:headbang
Oh and the valve covers aren't staying blue;)

On my first 64 back when I was younger (~1991) I had a blow out in the back line and drove with just front drums for a bit:wow on the plus side burnouts were easy:rolf

Tranny is mostly in, ran out of bolts for the converter and only had a few for the bellhousing. Stupid magic bolt box they were in, used it's magic to disappear.:goof
Getting closer, looks like I will be rockin the drums, but will upgrade to a non-suicide master.
