I am currently looking at buying a house and just had a home inspection done. The roof has about 5 years left on it and the porch had some settling and therefore needs to be re-aligned. The home inspector was able to give me some rough figures but wouldn't mind getting a better idea on the cost. If you have referrals that would be appreciated as well.
