I read this story, I'm not saying stay off the street with your stolen vehicles...:rolf but be alert that it appears that cops are out, thats all :thumbsup

If a result of this is to ticket people with no front plate, i'm going to be super pissed!!!

I think the reason their doing this is ecause in europe they have the same camera on a helicopter and it can scan one car every 2 seconds. And apparently its working very well for them.

trying to catch thugs rollin dirty!!! LOL no front plate here all they will do is give you a warning. Now if your driving a caprice with 20's you might get arrested and searched!! LOL

Should maybe change the Caprice with 20's to "any car in which the wheels cost more then the car itself."

I got pulled over the other day for not having a front plate. Just got a 20-day slip to put on one and show an officer.

That's what I get for staying in Whitewater during Spring Break.

I used to get pulled over for no front plate about twice a year in the RSX.
Divorce fixed that problem(she got the car). My 95 GMC hasn't had a plate since day one and I've never gotten pulled over for no front plate. Even when I do get pulled over in it they never say boo about no front plate. I just it's car dependent. Ricer=10 day, PU truck=nothing

I got pulled over in my 95 Grand Am that I used to have for not having a license plate in front. It was a plain white car with stock tires/rims BUT I had a flowmaster exhaust on it. :rolf Its not that I was trying to break the law, its just that it didnt' come with a front holder, so I never put one on. UNTIL I got pulled over, I poked a few screws into the front bumper holding the license plate on & brought it back to the copshop. Nothing yet on the Camaro, that just looks like a big cosmetic obstruction on the front. :puke Hopefully won't get busted.
