checking interest, 1972 Olds Cutlass

I have come upon the option to start a new project and so I must sell this one first. 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass S. The motor is a 403 and has edelbrock intake with 750 cfm edelbrock carb, and a aftermarket camshaft (which I have no information on). The transmission is a Turbo 350 with a shift kit and shifts great. The rear end is a 10 bolt with factory bolt in axles and has 3.55 gears and a auburn posi unit that are maybe 2 years old with fresh bearings on everything and brake parts. Like I said, I have had the car for awhile and still havent decided if I could part with it as it is very clean. Asking $10,000 ?
