Here is my post from a subaru board. I figured I would try fishing the waters for a bit prior to resorting to a parting out process.

Since I just bought a IS350 I need to make space in the garage. So the STi needs to go. I have just over 25,050 miles on it at the moment. The car is a blast to drive, and I wish I had the space to keep it.

Mods are as follows.

Power:

Ultimate Racing .82AR gt35r turbo
Tial 44mm EWG dumping to atmoshpere
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
TGV Housing deletes
UR 900cc injectors
UR fuel rails
UR FMIC
UR CAI
UR TBE
ECUtek tuned for 93 octane at about 22psi using UR MBC (430awhp 416awtq on UR's dyno)

Suspension:

Prodrive USDM STi springs
Cusco front and rear strut tower bars
Cusco Type II Lower bar
Cusco rear swaybar with Perrin endlinks
Group-N Strut tops

Tranny:

ACT Street clutch
STi Lightweight flywheel
Kartboy shortshifter
Kartboy shifter busings (both types)

Misc:

Defi BF Red seris gauges with controller (Oil Pressure, EGT, and Boost)
Auxillary Input jack for stock stereo
Goodridge brake lines
Hella Horns
FM Modulated Sirius Sat. Radio tuner (not sure which model, but I do not need it as the other cars have factory sat. radio)

I think that this pretty much covers all the major parts. There is one other thing though. It currently has ASA JH3's with Blizzak LM22s on it. I do NOT have the stock BBS's or the tires. I sold those with the intention of buying new wheels and rubber this spring. Seeing as I am not intending on keeping the car, it will be sold as is.

I would honestly like to see about $27,000 for it, and I am in SE Wisconsin. I am willing to hear other offers however. NO trades though, as I just do not have the space for another car.

Thanks

Rick

That car right there is one of the few imports I would buy. I love subarus.

Nice car, and not a half bad price either, i have seen some STI's at dealerships still going for mid to high 20's bone ass stock

subarus FTW. I know a guy with a WRX of the same year right now, he was thinking about stepping up to the STi. What kind of options on the interior?

Just some people trying to get me to sell for $22K or less. I am going to place an ad in the paper and autotrader perhaps. To be honest, I wish I would have kept ALL the stock parts, it would be alot easier to sell and part out.

You probably don't want to spend money to sell it, but there is always guys on IWSTI selling stock parts. Just a thought.

You know something, even if I didn't work there I'd still say it. I don't make any money off of saying it. I just honestly thought it would be a good idea. There are TONS of people searching on there daily and I'm sure someone is looking for a car like that. It's nice, and if I had the cash I'd buy it... But we have too many car loans right now... Plus I couldn't handle the power... :rolf

very nice car, wish i could pick it up, but i would need to get rid of my car first it would probably take to long, and it would be rough getting a loan for 25+ on that car, but good luck with the sale man.
