General Info
I purchased the car from a Garage for $300.00, I have always wanted to V-8 one. I have a friend ( JB )who has had two of them and got me hooked on them.My goal was to run in the 5\'s in the 1/8th on stock suspension, I did that, now I want to run in the 8\'s in the 1/4 on a stock Datsun rearend. Performance Mods
355 SBC- Speed Pro pistons, Eagle H-beam rods, Callis crank,Elderbrock Victor JR heads,Comp roller, 6-71 BDS Blower 2% overdriven, NOS for intercooler effect 35HP shot,2 speed power glide,R200 with 3.54 gear stock suspension. At SEZ car shootout on 3/26/06 the car went a 9.21 @ 153MPH in the 1/4 and has been a 5.82 @ 123MPH in the 1/8th. I have on order the 300zxt companion flange adapters. I hope this will put me into the 8\'s in the 1/4 !!!!!
