WAPD has some new unmarked

WAPD has 2 new vehicles that will start patrolling you know where.
one is a black dodge avenger, the other is a bright red jeep grand cherokee.
No plate #s for now. Don't know when they will start using them. Both were confiscated vehicles turned to unmarked.
