All-Glass Aquarium was bought out by Oceanic a few years ago. Still make the tanks the same, the name stays the same, it's just not owned by Roger and Jerry Ritzow anymore. After Jerry sold Roger his half of the company, Roger sold out to Oceanic to the tune of about $490 million.

Jerry's a cool guy who likes his very fast toys :)
