I also am trying to find NHRA's legal dept. I think this photo would be an infringement on their copyright stuff if the NHRA photographer didnt take the pic and release the rights.

I think this photo would be an infringement on their copyright stuff if the NHRA photographer didnt take the pic and release the rights.It clearly states in the auction that the seller took that photo that is for sale.

How would NHRA have any rights to it?

I dunno, I know nothing about that stuff. I thought maybe his likeness is property of NHRA or something maybe? Either way, thats really not the point. It just pissed me off to see people try and capitalize on a tragedy like this.
