Strange Shocks, knob is really tight?

Is the adjustment knob supposed to be really tight? When turning clockwise it barely turns once it gets about like #5, it is really tough to turn. Normal?

Mine is so tight after #7 it hurts my finger to turn them, and I have to force into the last spot. I doubt I'll ever use those settings, but I cant see even being able to turn them once theyre under the car.

My Rancho 9000s I had on my Jeep were hard to turn after while... Then agian they started getting hard to turn when they were like 2-3 years old...

ive never had a problem with adj. struts knobs. they usually turn nice and easy

Yeah, i'm gonna call Strange and see what they say.

I called Strange, they said the shocks will get easier to turn with use, so we'll see what happens.

that makes sense as the plunger moves up and down and wears a bit i can see that getting easier
