or lived there at all? How's housing/cost of living in that area? More so around Worcester/Manchester area. Got a job offer I'm thinking about taking.

From everything I've heard from people in that area the cost of living is outrageous, like everything else on the East coast.

Like $300,000 for a 100 year old house with 1500 sq feet and not alot of yard.

It's not even close to a for sure thing. Just as always in life, looking at all possibilities. I met a couple people when I was in IL for an F&I thing for dealerships. Good group, large dealer store group(11-12 total if i remember right) so the opportunities are there. Got a call from them last week, and shot a resume/f&i log over to them.

I heard the same thing Karps, and that's the part that's stopping it, is I'm not sure HOW expensive it is. Just that it's probably more than WI. But if the opportunity is there to make double what's now, then of course I'll be fine.

Born in Holyoke MA, grew up in Granby CT, all my relatives live
in the area. Beutiful area, I lived in MPLS for years and now here
in Milw for over a dozen....Milw sucks...hell WI in general sucks.
