Looking to rent a Townhouse, Condo or Duplex .
Were looking within the Milwaukee area or basically anywhere thats not to far out of Milwaukee County. Looking to move May-June possibly earlier...
(Hoping to get a new job that requires to live in the city of Milwaukee)
-Fairly large nothing small
-Something with 2 or more bedrooms
-Garage would be nice
-were looking for Hardwood floors but if not then thats ok too
-Windows throughout...Sick of Apartment crap.
Looked on Craigslist and found a few nice places around here that are decent in price and have what were looking for but just seeing if anyone has any connections.
Thanks
-Josh

Nicole and I have been looking, and there are tons of fantastic, new or near new places to rent that are under $700, and are 2br/garage, in a quiet secure area.
the place we have now is a larger (near 1000sqft) apartment. 2 bedroom, 1.5 ba, and a garage in the lower level, not a common garage either, we each get our own. our utilities are really cheap too. Oh, it's $615/mo.

Not sure if you are looking to be a homeowner of a brand new condo. Let me know.

I had rented a house in the falls about a year ago... tri-level, 3br, 2 car garage, whirlpool tub, etc, etc... 1200/mo... Too bad my old roommates sucked and I didn't have 1200/mo on my own to pay rent... :rolf

hmmm... i almost bought a duplex not too long ago... still debating about doing so... otherwise i am in the market for a house.
BUT if i come across something i will post it up!
Our condo is for sale right now.
Just under 1300 sq. ft. 2 bed...2 full baths. Private entry with an attached garage. Cheap taxes too.
Why rent when you can own? :)
