They never too any pics of the burn pit either. They never saw him with the gun nor did it test positive with any of his DNA but they never finger printed it either. He did have the gun in his house so hes guilty of charge 3

Well well he's back to jail...not like he's not used to it though,I think he should really have to suffer for this one.

Knowing what I know about Manitowoc and some of the legal bullshit here, it wouldnt suprise me one bit to find out he got framed.

Remember, he was suing the county and state for millions and millions of dollars, and had a near iron-clad case.

If WI/Manitowoc was going to lose how many millions, what would it be to give the Halbachs or whoever a few mil to relocate her and frame him up? Remember they never found an intact body.

I can see both sides honestly. But I've been on the short end of Manitowoc's bullshit, and it wouldnt surprise me AT ALL if it ever got out that he was framed up.

JMHO. The black suburbans should be here shortly to take me away.

Yet another interesting tidbit:

During the press conference the DA in charge of the mess thanked people from the WI attorney Generals office, and the Milwaukee County DA.

Now, im not a legal beagle, but what business did either of those have with this case if the State itself had no vested interest in this case?

All I know is that I would have hated to be one of those jurors.

actually kind of surprised to see him guilty. i thought that there would be enough probable cause. i really don't know what my opinion on his guilt is. will be interesting to see what happens in the Dassey case.

i really think he was guilty. but at the same time i thought he might walk b/c of some of the arguments that his defense brought up about him possibly being framed...but in the end he got what he deserved..any one know when sentencing is?
