I laughed at him so hard online on Pinks Forum, they got so mad that this friend of Rich's who has a radio show actually challenged me to speak to Rich on his show. Well, I PM'd him my phone number, but they never called. I see now the Pinks forum mustve deleted that action, but it was good.
