I am hoping someone here runs or owns a machine shop that can give me a quote on production parts for work. The ability to machine aluminum and steel in round and flat needed and preicision drilling and tapping. Welding of steel required. I am working on getting prints as we speak, pictures of the complete assemblies soon. Also metal forming could be helpful in redesigning some parts.

Try Pioneer Products (262-633-6304) in Racine. Ask for Dan Defaut. High volume
Or Letsch Manufacturing (262-544-6900) in Racine. Ask for Pete Lovdahl. Mid-Low Volume
Tell him Mike Hetzel told you to call.

Looking at that I think Fischer Industries might be a better fit.

Cool.
The x,y,z axis's must be servo's then? If so who's do you use?

The machine itself is made in Norway. We are the US distributor for them and the owners/designers of the software that runs it. We make the computer stand, camera housings, and vacuum systems locally. Buy yes the axis' are servo controlled. We also do the additional sheet load system and extra tables locally.

How many do you expect to make? Would it be worth making a die to cut out all of the parts?
