View Full Version : Welding Exhaust Help

I have a buddy who just installed Pacesetter LT and ORY. He was wondering if there is anywhere he can get his ORY welded to his catback. He tried two different places but because he doesn't have the cats tehy won't do it. Any ideas where he can go or if someone wants a side job.

im the one that needs to exhaust welded. sloLs1, where are you located? i live in Muskego. if your somewhat close to me when would be a good time to meet up with you. im trying to get it done ASAP.

another thing is that the old pipe was cut slanted(all i had was a sawzall) and the pipe is still about an inch too long and it needs to be cut down. its pushing the muffler hanger out of its slot. Do you have a air cutting wheel to cut the pipe with?

Thats it Joe you should not be allowed to handle cutting tools until you are properly trained.

hey now, jack your car up and get a sawzall and cut that pipe right after the center crossmember thing. its alot harder than you think. the driveshaft is like an inch away from the pipe. and it shakes and vibrates like hell when you cut. it sucked.

but anyways........ i have work for the rest of the week so either in the evening or on the weekend would be best for me. let me know if you can do it sloLs1 :D
