I totally agree! Cant get enough use around here. Besides, why buy when you can just borrow one!

Incase im jumping the gun here, i do appologize but borrow doesnt mean rent. Most people that live in wisconsin have multiple have friends that are willing to borrow them there machine. I could possibly see buying one for under a grand, but id never go out and spend 10K on a new machine, i just couldnt justify the use around here.

its understandable if your just riding around here and not the type to drive 6 hours up to the UP

never buy a sled Chris, if you got on a "fast" one you would have to have one. The power is addicting especially when it is legal to use it.

this is exactly why i bought a $500 beater sled. Looks ok, runs good and if I only get to use it a few times a year, I'm fine with it.
I went out dirtmobiling on friday and then again on sunday and had a blast. Ripped up the field in front of the Sawmill Inn in Richfield with my cousins and their 4-wheelers. Headed out on the trails for a bit and talked to two guys with brand new Arctic Cat sleds and they were crying the blues about the crappy trails cuz their $7,000 sleds were getting beat up.....I chuckled and went about my business tearing up some dirt. :rolf
