".........................This is a notification that a change of address has been PROCESSED on you GM Card account issued by HSBC Bank. ..........................."

We never requested a change of address....and their customer service is closed for the night. I feel a sleepless night coming on. All this in the midst of us buying a new house. F'in great! :mad:

there is always 24 hour customer support for any company, just gotta look around for it.

Yeah...we just talked somebody.

They said it was probably sent out by accident..WTF?

My wife is gonna call again tomorrow just to make sure. I don't see how that letter could be an accident.

Talk about your heart droping though.

If you suspect fraud, you can always see about getting a initial fraud alert on your credit report (just contact any credit reporting agency) and it's a 90 day affair. If nothing happens during that time, it simply expires...
