The front clip doesnt match the rest of the car. Either the fenders and bumper were repainted at one time and they didn't get the variance right or the pictures just make it look like a crappy color match.

It's funny cause my car does the same thing. If you look at from a different angle the front fenders look like a totally different color. It did it when it had 20 miles on it. Who knows..

Mitsubishi is real real cheap, they paint all their cars with this lame ass single stage paint. Once a vehicle is involved in an accident where a partial repaint is needed, the difference WILL be extremely noticeable. Especially in the sun, the clear coat will stick out like a sore thumb compared to the uncleared portion of the car.

look where the light is coming through the windows behind the camera and where it is landing on the pavement near the drivers side door....I'm not saying the paint is dead nuts cuz maybe it isn't. But direct vs. indirect sunlight WILL have an affect on the color. You were really quick to blast on the car and its paint when in reality I didn't even notice the difference, if any, when I shot the car in person :rolf :rolleyes:

Lay on some primer, block it out and do it the right way, it will match. All there is to it. It matches every time I've done it. I am talking about from the get go, color blending is a different story but that depends on the skill of the painter. Besides the point though cause he said the only thing that was repainted was the bumper, and that matches the fenders just fine in the photos.

We aren't talking about body lines though, we are talking fender vs door.

Unless the fender isn't aligned properly with the door, they should match. J knows how to work his camera, the shot isn't gonna lie.

And just to note it, that fiberglass work in the Impala does not look that great, the subs are nowhere near lined up with each other, that's poor form.
