Cable antenna Booster

Im looking for a cable/antenna booster. Anyone have experince with a good one? Radio shack has a few but Im not sure whats good bad or otherwise.

i got one from fleet farm actually, use it up north. its one of the tuneable ones, plugs into the wall,has a dial that you turn as the picture sharpens. it was an emerson model, like 20 bucks. it made a difference....

Is it for cable or antenna? If it is for cable, search for "motorola drop amp". That is the best.

My mom got the signal amplifier from Time Warner, it was like $50, helped ALOT. Got rid of the blocky/black square effect we were having, as well as unfuzzed the picture on the basement tv's.

twc no longer charges for the amps as lond as ur house needs it, to little power bad, to much is also bad for cable picture
