I was told the 7th from their IT Dept. I will reconfirm ASAP.

O.K. I just got info back and the dates posted on ls1 tech ARE NOT to be taken as official. The IT department has told me. I forwarded your link to them. As far as their concerned its the 7th But its not etched in stone. I will keep you all up to date when it is.

That's why I posted on here, anyone know the exact time? It's a saturday and if it's nice weather I'll want to be there for most the time it's going on. I'm going with 1-3 friends (who knows who backs out) but we haven't figured rides or anything yet.

They'll post up a start time, ending time is normally when the cops say we have to leave.
I haven't been there in about two years but when I went down I had to jump from road to road because of construction.
Parking is on the street but since it's a Saturday all the other places are closed and there's no traffic through it.
No fee's whatsoever but Speed normally offers free food and drinks(soda).

I will be going to the Hooter's in Schamburg myself and leaving early because a bunch of them plan on doing burnouts on their way in. This way we can get much better video's before the place gets really crowded.

Yea we got snow - but its all gone and the roads are clean. I was even driving my car yesterday. For that to even happen the roads MUST be nice ;)

I am in MN now, my dad was feeling ill last Thurs. so my mom took him in to the hospital and they found out he needs a triple by pass. He gets operated on at 5:30am tomorrow. They said that the risk of complication is like 1%. I hope everything goes well. Otherwise there would be a slight possiblity that my brother and I wouldn't make it down. I don't see anything going wrong however. He is in one of the best hospitals in the world(Mayo Clinic).

Thanks Fast. His surgery went fine. Took a little over 5 hours. This is a very good reminder why it is truely very bad to smoke. He is/was a 4+ pack a dday smoker for about 30 years. The doctors told him that he needs to stop now or it will just happen again. He seems like he really wants to quit but it will be very hard. My mom also smokes and she is quiting as well.

Anyway, we will see everyone on Sat at 8. Hope everyone that said they were meeting is still planning on being there. Please be there by 8:15 so that we can get going.

I would like to see the burn out. I didn't get into it every hard. I need my tires unlike allot of the guys that were there. I didn't want to drive through the crowd without doing something though.
