Okay.. as some of you have seen the pics i have posted about our maybe 2.5ft long Ball Python, i am wondering is there any other kind of reptile that can live in the same tank as the snake? it is a 55G tank with enough heating and light for it

I was looking at a Chinese water dragon i saw at the Local pet store today and was curious if he could live with the snake

Thanks

Nope the Python is a loaner, if he doesnt kill the other repltile as
a food item it will kill it just from fear of association. Even if the
Water Dragon did not get struck it would be one scared animal
that would rarely if ever eat anything.

Water dragons are super cool pets, like an iguana only a lot more friendly and a lot less maintenance. Get a separate tank for it though, or it wont last long.

Yea that's a decent price, especially if it's a baby/juvenille, which usually go for around $50-70.
Adults are usually in the $30-$50 range.

Thats a great price, Petsmart takes pretty good care of their animals as well. I think I have metal / porcelain heat lamp around here somewhere you can have if I find it
