hey guys im about to pull the trigger on a used hurst billet plus for my 95 z. i have had a pro 5.0 in the past and loved it and im sick of shifting like a semi truck. the hurst billet plus looks like its in pretty good shape and from what i have heard its a nice shifter. anyone ever driven with a hurst billet?
:banana1:

For $85 bucks you can't go wrong. Hell I sold my stock hurst for 40 bucks.

Buy it!

I have a hurst shifter base in my car. I have a shortened handle and custom knob. It has the same stops as the other aftermarket shifters I have used. I personally couldn't tell the difference.
Hope this helps,
Kory

thanks kory, thats what i was thinking, i wont be able to tell the diff between the ripper/pro/hurst. anything is gonna be better than shifting to second all the way into my back seats :)

I have the pro5.0 and love it. Its all personal opinion. Anything will be better than stock. I have the factory hurst shifter if you're interested?
