Need Camera wizard help

1st of let me say that I am a computer moron and I need help.

Our Camera wizard program seems to have disappeared. It came on our computer and we like it because it is a simple to use program. Now we have a camera full of pics from Christmas and I need to download them.

The camera is a little Sony DSC-P100 and the computer is a HP a720n. The Camera wizard use to pop up when ever you turned on the camera to download the pics. Now all the pops up is the picture package program which we don't like. I go to the camera and scanner area and it doesn't even show our camera anymore.

Any help would be great, Thanks.

right-click save as... save it to your desktop, double-click it, it should automatically close itself... then reboot.
plug your camera back in when windows is done booting, it should now work :)
