Japanese Sword Katas are very nice, but they are just a bit to rigid in form for my taste. I prefer to train in Chinese and Korean methods. They are just so much more fluid and graceful IMHO.

I prefer chinese also, I studied kung fu for several years but when my teacher moved I have never been able to find anything close to as good as what he tought.
