4 foot long fluorescent lights

Used 4 foot long fluorescent lights with a 5' cord with plug in. Bulbs are included. $5.00 each I have about 10 of them.

Any Idea what balast is them? can you get a pic of it? If its a decent balast for cold weather I might be interested in a few.

i have three of them in my shops,and they are working in this weeks temperature, i have only had them for a month.
