The picture is of poor quality, but you can see that yes those are pink 24's, and yes that is in fact a blues clues sticker on the drivers door. I am guessing that the car is lifted as well.
My girl and her friend were driving to some pet store and got lost in a sketchy area when they spotted this thing. She drove by it twice to shoot a picture of it for me cause she thought I would get a kick out of it.
Notice the pink interior work, nice. I want to see what the person who owns it looks like, lol.
