Isn't buying a used fuel pump equivilent to buying a used condom??? :devil

Honestly, I would never sell a used pump because there is no way of anyone knowing how it was used/abused/etc, and there is no warranty...

I laugh all the time at pumps for sale on ebay, as even those that say "new in the box" can't be trusted...

To anyone looking to buy a pump, spend the cash and buy new and from a vendor that is authorized... That is the only way to be sure you don't flush $xxx down the drain...

I am posting this as a public service message, nothing against the pump advertised here as it was probably used as mentioned, for a year, but is it really worthwhile to save 10-30%, hell even 50% buying something as critical as a fuel pump used??? Especially for the types of vehicles that would use a pump of this size (ie, forced induction/heavy nitrous most likely), can you really AFFORD to have a fuel pump die and blow the motor?

everyone here knows Andy. Knows his car. Knows how long he has had this particular build. Some may even know how many times it's seen the track.

:rolf :rolf Thats awesome!!!

I am an idiot!!! In trying to quickly give bad rep to "The Beast", I forgot to check the I Disapprove box. I apologize to all and will make it up by giving bad rep for 2 of his other posts. :rolf

I agree on keeping dumb posts like that to yourself, if you don't want it or obviously don't need it, STFU!!! Andy will not rip you off, and this pump is exactly what he says it is.

This must be a little more on the Beast's level.
