Car chase in South milwaukee and crashing in cudahy ?

So I saw the white van buzz past me at least doing 45 -50 in a 25 and then two cops following. I thought to myself " hmmm was that a car chase ? "

I guess the guy crashed into a car or cars from what a co-worker told me. Anyone know anything else ?
