Anyone using any type of password program to fill them in automatically?

I had Norton Password Manager, but no longer have it, and would like something that is the same thing. Windows/ IE is hit or miss, only filling them in when it feels like it I guess.

Please don't say Firefox. Thanks-Dan

reset them all in IE. then it should ask all the time. once you set it to skip it, or never ask, it won't ever again

It still asks, but it only fills them in automatically part of the time.

why not Firefox?
Obviously your precious IE isn't up to the task.

because you don't have the required plugins.
I can view any filetype in existence with FireFox =P

Don't blame user error on an innocent program :)

Who created a directory full of files without an extension? :)
FireFox assumes people have half a brain and would include the ".jpg" on the end of their files.
I sure as hell wouldn't click on any of those if i stumbled across a directory like that, who knows what they could be.

Well, Firefox is smarter than everyone else. Yet everyone else seems to work just fine. Firefox rules over all.

Ok, so it can't display the 1% of the petabytes of files on the interweb that don't have an extension, BFD :)
Have fun with your Microsoft Internet Backdoor.

OK, so does anyone have anything intelligent or useful to add to this topic BESIDES Firefox?

a proper mime type, or file extension would be oober great.

There's a reason the world has standards and its not for microsoft to disregard them.

This topic is dead. Just forget it, I'm not gonna argue over file types, extensions, etc. There must be any other alternatives, so we can now move on. Its not that important.

I believe Gator did that password caching. Along with your credit cards and other info that should NOT be stored. that being said...

password pro

Thats the one I was thinking of, I knew it was bad news, Gator.

Thanks for the help!
