Here's the only problem I've got with the movie:

Micheal Bay.

He's got this wierd facisnation with taking movies in which the premise is totally cool, IE Armagedon and peral harbor, and injecting freakin' love stories where they don't belong. I mean, what the hell? And I've heard rumors that they want to make the human protagonist the main feature and have the transformers off in the background while the they get doey eyed over each other.

I literally was stoked about the trailer when i first watched it in theatres, and litterally groaned at the end when I saw it was directed by Bay. Really, he scares me.

Everytime I see that movie (it has been on the premium channels all month) and at the end when the asteroid blows I always expect to see Willis go flying by the shuttle and waving.

Taken to that level correct. But, the whole "an asteroid is gonna destroy the earth" and making it realistic (which it wasn't) is a pretty good premise for a movie.
