Everyone is saying it's good so I went in with high hopes and was a bit letdown. Pretty good movie I guess but not as good as people are making it out to be.

Saw it christmas day. Good movie but not fantastic. Its a lot like the first Rocky, in that it focuses on him as a person....
Worth going to see if you like Rocky movies

I saw it last night. Different than I had expected. I rank them:
1, 4, 6, 3, 2, 5.

And damn, did sly ever get ripped for the role. I could only wish I'd look like that when i was 60.

5 may have been a terrible movie but for some reason I still like it. I actually got to watch it with Tommy Gunn (Morrison) in his suite at the Las Vegas Hilton years ago. He was seeing a girl that lived in our dorm at UNLV that I was good friends with (read trying desperately to have sex with). He showed up with her one night so piss drunk he couldn't even stand. I helped her get him up to her room. :rolf Then a couple days later watched him get his ass destroyed by Ray Mercer in 5 rounds.:nutkick

What an awesome movie! Agreed it was not what I was expecting. This one is more about the man than the fights. It was a bit slow in the beginning as they did alot with the characters but damm was that movie good!!! "the beast inside" is an instant classic for me.

I ranked them 1&6(tie),2,4,3,5.
