So I was supposed to leave for wyoming = today to be with my parents for xmas today which I havent seen in over year. So I get to mitchell and fly out to o hare. 10 mother F*cking minutes before we board the flight gets cancelled so everyone is standing in line at the gate to get rescheduled. They then announce that everyone needs to go to their customer service desk. So everyone RUNS over there I ran too and was towards the front of the line there must of been atleast 400 people in line behind me. Im so close to the front Im about 30 Feet from the desk and it took me over 3 hours to get up there to try and get rerouted just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do for me and they dont have any flights available til after x mas. So I then proceed to get my baggage and was served by a very rude and saracastic women working the baggage claim. I then find out my f*cking luggage is on its f*ng way to wyoming!!!! Keep in mind this is the bad I had all the presents in. I feel damn sorry for those pooe people in line behind me most of the people arent from around here and will be stuck at the airport for a few days! And the airline wont do anything at all to help them out! Youd think atleast theyd give the people who got cancelled priority Moral of the story is DONT FLY UNITED! F*CK YOU UNITED Thanks for ruining my x mas!

Sucks, but right now I'd be renting a car and and then start driving out there...weather isn't too bad, and it's a good two day drive. Maybe see if you can arrange a one way back.

they cancelled the flight 10 mins before we started boarding. Youd think United airlines would come up with some way to put the people who got cancelled priority and get them on the next flight out but nope. they screwed hundreds of their customers over big time. Renting a car is not an option being im under 25 and dont have the money for it. They got me rescheduled for x mas day. I just feel sorry for the hundreds of people theyre leaving stranded in airports for days.

yeah EVERYTHING is booked up until the 25th I had them check even on different airlines theres nothing available sooner or even from different airport. After they cancelled it and I found out there was no way I was leaving that day I did ride the bus back to kenosha cost 21 bucks.
