Just thinking about some singificant places I've been fortunate enough to see and experience that make me appreciate this country & other things in life. Someday I'd like to return to both with family.

My top 2-

Pearl Harbor
Baseball Hall of Fame & surrounding area- Cooperstown, NY

Who's been where??

WTC before and after 9/11

Some of the shitty places I have been while in the military make me love this country ALOT more.

When I lived in new york, I was an hour from the WTC, and I never went to go see it. My folks did get to see it. They dined at the restaurant up top back in the late 70's. For two people back then, they said it cost $200 bucks, and keep in mind this was 30 years ago!
anyway, they said they could see foreverrrrrrrr up there. What a shame I couldn't get there to see it. I did happen to see ground zero. What a chilling sight indeed :(

The Colosseum in Rome (all of ancient Rome), St Peter's Basilica at the Vatican. Rome overall is the coolest place I've been I think.

the grand canyon is definitely a must see. (been there)

And it may sound crazy, but I want to go see Alaska. All over. The mountain ranges, the panhandle islands of alaska, and even Barrow, Alaska... the northernmost city in America. Its even north of the arctic circle. I think those would all be sweet places to see. What a different way of life up there..

Peak of Cherry Blossoms in Washington D.C... A photographer's dream! I am a total amatuer at taking pics and I got some amazing shots. The only bad thing is you have like a 3-4 day window and it's totally unpredictable.

I'd like to take a car out on Nurburgring.

Ever see that GT500 commercial where he is importing his GT500 to germany? the guys at the shipyard say "couldn't find a car over here you liked?" guy says "no, I couldn't find the speed limit I liked in America" :D

Mountains in Colorado, but WAY more, the Boundary waters, mostly in the area in upper minnesota, right on the Canada border.
