for some reason, I have to manually refresh every webpage I go to to see if there are changes. No neew posts show up on here for me unless I refresh the page. What is wrong with my pile of crap computer?

Use firefox that should fix your problem. Internet Explorer is Garbage.

Try this... go to:

1. Tools.
2. Internet Options.
3. Where it says Temporary Internet Files in the middle, click [Settings] button.
4. Make sure the option for Check for newer versions of stored pages is set to: (x)Every visit to the page.

If nothing else... http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ download Firefox FTW :D

my internet explorer works ok for me. this is the first time ive ever had a problem with it.

I do like the Avant browser though...
