shoot, he tried to hit the guy at least 4 or 5 times, what do you meant he didnt mean to hit him

:rolf :rolf :rolf Did you see the way his arms flew in the air when he got hit! Trust me they tried to hit him, they felt it was probably the only way to put a end to the chase as he was putting alot of innocent people in jeapordy. Talk to a police officer some time and listen to some of the story's about the assholes they have to deal with on a daily basis.
