Hows the shoulder? Well mine is about to do what yours did. I have a bone spur that is cutting a tendon and getting worse so I just found out tonight that I am scheduled to get the Scotty slice in 3 weeks.

Its coming around,I kinda pushed it alittle its about 65-75 % movment I still have pain, and therapy 3 times a week. but getting better every day....
YOU WILL HATE LIFE FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS PAIN!!!!! THEN IT GOES AWAY..practice sleepin proped up to, forget about sleepn flat for a few months.... Tell your doc You want the Nerv blocker TRUST ME it will help tons with pain.... get it when you come out of recovery....

sleeping lately has gotten worse so thats what prompted this recent visit. I still have no strength, its goes numb every morning. I just want to go back to normal.

its a long recovery i found out .... it will take 6-12months b fore your 100% i found out... just take it slow dont rush it let it heal....
