So I guess the WiiMote looks too much like another manufacturers PC based controller. They may have to pay a bit, but I don't see much coming of it in all reality...

Thats only cause people are morons. It just goes to show that all those really stupid safety warnings on stuff, like "for external use only" on curling irons or something, are actually necessary today.

what some people do for money is sad. The Wii is awesome, if i ever broke anything with the controlers it would be my fault.

I love my Wii. I could not imagine swinging hard enough to break the damn strap though, unless I was majorily intoxicated.

I was gonna quote, but i would've had to do too many. It's not the nunchuck design thats the problem. It's the main controller/"right hand" unit that's the problem with this lawsuit. Another company is saying Nintendo copied their design.

Aside from that, yes, people keep complaining about the straps breaking... it's a game console.. how rough do you have to be, honestly.
