This Is A 1970 chevy pickup. It is a shortbed(6ft). It has 88 thousand miles on it. I bought it from a guy who has had it since 1984 and has not been registered since 1989. I put about 2000 miles on it this summer with virtually no problems, Just maintenance stuff, it runs great. It is Black in color. The paint is a few years old but is freshly buffed and shines pretty well. There is no rust on this vehicle. Has newer tires and wheels off of a 1998 suburban. Has a bedliner. Has the original 250 six cylinder engine(runs good does not smoke). It also has the original three speed on the column. I just replaced both bumpers. All of the glass is in good shape. It has a custom billet grill. There is no radio. i AM LOOKING TO GET 4000 DOLLARS OUT OF IT. THAT IS WHAT i HAVE IN IT rIGHT NOW. i WILL POST MORE PICTURES LATER. THE ONES i AM POSTING NOW ARE FROM BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.

I just have a general question, pardon the intrusion, but how do people buy and drive vehicles that are not registered?

Or, are you saying that it wasn't registered since 1989 because it wasn't driven, but once you bought it you registered it?

Just I have heard quite a bit, even on here, lately, about cars being unregistered and unless you are willing to get stopped and have teh car taken away due to no registration, how do people get away with driving unregistered vehicles?

I mean, even without registration, how do people go about driving around without titles to cars? Hell of a risk if you were to get stopped...

Sorry if you misunderstood my last post, I was not accusing you of not registering it, I was asking general query in regards to people driving unregistered/non-titled vehicles...

Buying or even selling unregistered vehicles is not a problem, it happens often. I do not register a car until I am ready to put it on the road.
