If we do infact get that it will be kind of f*cked up seeing last friday was in the 60's. I am putting my shovel and sandbags in the back when I get home from work just in case. I kind of want it to snow but I only want to see an 1" of it right now.

RanJer
11-30-2006, 12:35 PM
yeah i've heard 6-8", 6-10" and another weather genius so the brunt of it will probably hit the Kenosha area. If that's true I'd say we get 4-8"... Still a healthy amount to clog your way to work on a friday morning.

Just put the plow back on the rancher, filled er up.
let it snow.
now I should run to the store and buy a new shovel before all the aluminum ones are gone.
I think the track will "offically" close after this weekend.
man, I already cant wait for spring, I have a feeling it's going to be a long winter.

It's just a beat down 2000es. I pc'ed the wheels and put titan tires on it.
Got a nice warn plow and a winch. It's the workhorse for the homestead and pulls the racecar at the track. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

I plow with a Kodiak 450. Didn't feel the need to go buy a whole new bracket for the Rincon. Plus the Yammy is a little more nimble (smaller) to maneuver around...

There is one that runs through there somewhere that goes to Watertown I do believe. I used to live on Elm Drive right off of Hwy B (Hwy B is aka the road that runs next to the freeway when you get off on F and double back. Elm Drive was 1 mile back East from F) and the trail ran right past my house. I don't know where you catch it in Ixonia but it's gotta run by there somewhere...

Excellent man, thanks for the info. I'd like to eventually get a sled for next winter after our house is done this spring. It seems really quiet out there and I figured there had to be atleast ONE frickin trail leading somewhere out there.

Not really but everytime they tell us to button down the hatches, it flurries. And eveytime they call for flurries, it dumps on us. So I'm afraid that since they are calling for this to be a monster that it will end up being squat.
