shelbys were only "official" shelby cars in 87, but the factory made shelby trim levels in 88 and 89...

i wish i had the extra capital to pick this one up, and the bobble strut is essentially the 4th motor mount, placed at the rear of the differential case and connected to the k-frame of the car. it's a small gas charged strut that dampens the fore and aft rocking motion of the engine. they suck! and they're best replaced with a solid unit... or make your own with a sleeve and a piece of threaded rod...... ;)

Are you talking about the shelby dodges in general or are you just talking about the lancer? I know there was a big falling out with Mr. Shelby and dodge over the lancer.....some were called the shelby lancer others were called the dodge lancer shelby......bunch of bs in my opinion.
