Yeah they are cool, i wanted one over my current Monte SS. David Rab on here has a silver AWD that i put a Yank torque converter in it for him.

You know the funny thing...

Is there is a 2WD 1SB packaged TBSS in Tennessee. It's black. It has a sticker of $32k and some change.

Now let's look at the pricing breakdown. I'm a GM Employee applicable priced person. That brings the price down to $28,8xx. THEN, since it's an '06 model, it DOES apply for the $5000 rebate. So that's $23,8xx. Chevy.com is wrong, the TBSS's do get the rebate, says it in GMDealerworld :) Anyways, then since i'm a GM Employee, there is an additional $1500 on old trailblazers as well as a slew of other vehicles. There is an additional $500 on some other cars instead of the $1500, but that's on new tahoes/suburban/avalanche/etc... So that brings the price of that 2WD SS down to $22,300

THAT would be pimp shit :)

Hrmm, strange... I actually like it... Then again I've always liked the Trailblazers... But I'm more of a fan of the Extended ones... I think they look better for some reason...

I priced out an AWD TB on chevys website. trim level 1SS, only options I threw on were 6 disc indash changer, Bose stereo, onstar and a moonroof and price came to about 34g's., and thats AWD. Wait for some 0% financing and Ill be sure to git er done. I was undecided about them before, but then I came across those 3 pictures and it just made up my mind for me.

You should look at the SRT8 Grand Cherokee 425hp 6.1l Hemi all wheel drive.

yea 425hp is cool, but I just don't think its worth the 40k pricetag to me.

Hopefully these trailblazers are designed a bit better then the old ones. Those things are shit heaps, I have never seen one go for 50,000 miles without being repaired more then 3 times besides actual maintenance

Everyone I talked to that owns one has never had a problem. But im sure there are people out there that have complaints about the vehicles you own too, so whats the difference? :thumbsup

I have a 02 that had 0 problems until 64k when the fan clutch went out on it. Otherwise it has been flawless.

would you run against me? i am a big fan of the wrx and i was wondering how my jeep would do against it; to be honest with you i don't think i would be able to hang just because my vehicle is almost 5,000lbs! but i am still curious!

Run against your Jeep? With my trailblazer? Or with my STI? I already know as you should that you would kill my trailblazer. I would run you for fun of course, with the STI if that is what you are referring to. I know those SRT8Jeeps can move out so I am kinda curious also. I like the "my vehicle is almost 5000#s". It also has a 6.1 420hp motor so power to weight isnt that far apart at all and sub 5 sec 0-60 times dont hurt. What are they 13.2@104 in the 1/4?
