now this is wrong....he was no different then Dave chappelle or Carlos Mencia..trying to do an act and say the N word..they both say racial slurs even worse then that..But he cant say it becuase he's white????but every other comedian that's not white can say it and its funny?? i just dont get it.....im not sticking up for him..but if people are going to be mad.they shouldnt be mad at just him.

HUGE difference! When Mencia and Chappelle use the word, it's part of a joke and almost always funny. Their whole gig is based on ripping on blacks, jews, arabs, whites, gays. Kramer just went mental and it wasnt meant to be funny at all.

He went on Letterman last night with/in place of Seinfeld (they both were on), and tried apologizing, but the crowd was giggling, just because they still think of him as Kramer 24/7... then Jerry was like "stop laughing, it's not funny!" which made it even more funny :rolf.
I see it like this:
You know when someone really pisses you off, and you use the worst thing imaginable to get back at them? Like some chick is being a real bìtch, and you call her a fat ugly cünt, even though she's not fat or ugly, and the c word just for the clincher. (you've done it, don't lie :))
That's what I think he did, the heckler really hit a nerve, and he just went straight for the throat, saying the worst possible shìt to get even.

Did he go overboard? Maybe so, but with today's double standards, what he did is far worse than if a black comedian were to do the same thing to a whte audience member. What if it was Chris Rock snapping on a white guy in the audience for heckling him? He would get nothing but positive media attention! If you ask me, racism works both ways, not just whites hating blacks, but more and more commonly, blacks hating whites.

Doing what he did is inexcusable. A white male is always walking on eggshells when it comes to speech. No matter the content, intent, or context, the "n" word for white people, is off limits. However, using racist words against a white person, is just fine. It doesn't matter who says it, what their intent was, or who they were saying it to, it's ok for anyone to say "cracker" or "honkey." There is no greater crime in todays society than to hurt somebody's feelings.

it was on the Today Show this morning, two of the guys fron the group of 20 were on the air , telling there part of the story, they said that they came in during his act and sat down and ordered drinks, then one spoke up and all hell broke loose, they said the apoligey(spelt wrong) he has given is not good enough
and as group they are going further, they were then told , that his career is done now , isn't that enough , they said no......what more do they want? not like they can get any cash out of the deal.....people these days....just let it lie and go on...JMO

Personally if someone gets so upset about being called a name, then perhaps they are the one that need to grow up.
So the guy lost control on stage. Sh!t happens. People do it all the time. Can anybody on here say they haven't been cut off on the road by someone of a different race or gender, and didn't go off on the person?
Had the guy went on a killing spree taking out only black people, I'd call him a racist POS. But he just said some words. Big F'ng Deal.

:rolf True but I just personally would feel a little sympathy for them if they did not sink to the same level. They were pushed to the limit and brought themselves to the same level as "kramer". They also made "racist" comments an now they want money from him? No matter the serevity (SP?), it was still was a "racist" remark.
I think that comment alone would have the case thrown out. But who knows?:durr
