Alright just seeing what people are doing (if anything) this winter/early spring as far as build's on the cars. I just took my new job as a ironworker so my mod list savings can finally start up agian. . . Here is my winter build list, let me know what you guys think, and post up your lists if you have any plans. PS: My car is a 2000 Grand Prix GTP

Winter/Spring Build 2006-2007

1. Stattama 62-1 Turbo Kit
2. Stattama ST2 Cam
3. IS3 Heads
4. ZZP 4340 Input Shaft
5. ZZP Hardned 4th Gear Clutch Shaft

I am going to be aquiring parts between now and january, and install them in febuary, however I dont know what I am going to pick up as I am just getting other peoples used junk to go fast.

my plans are to find a used trans and then rebuild it due to mine is starting to go.

360, bored .040 over
11.5:1 Wiesco forged pistons
Forged 4.00 inch crankshaft for a total of 410ci's.
Ported Indy small block AL heads...flows 330cfm/210cfm.
Mildon main caps, held by ARP main studs.
Eagle H-beam rods, 6.125 inches long
Still working on an intake manifold...likely from Indy.
Hughes mechanical cam ~250-255 degrees duration @ .050, ~ .600 lift, migth go with roller cam.
TTi 1 3/4 headers (might go with fenderwell 1 7/8th inch headers)
Holley 850cfm carb
A-727
8 3/4 rear, 3.73

It won't be done next year though...the engine/trans mabye though...

My plans don't involve any changes really except for the new blower. I mainly just want to get it down the track next year!!!

I know, just messing with A- ron, you just worry about your hose clamps on your fuel line. lol:)

One is the hoist chain and the other is just holding it in place as a safety brace. It is just on the motor mounts now with no trans so I just chained it to be safe pushing it in and out of the garage.

Just checking everything to see how my fan/radiator fits, run fuel lines, all that other time consuming garbage. Converter should be here late
this week/early next and then it will all go in as a whole.

Goin w/the Mini-Ram baby!!! I've eyed this friggin intake up for the past 10 years, finally can afford it. In addition to that, MSD 6AL Ignition. I wonder how long my stock block & Crank will last. :confused Maybe a new stroker kit will be next winters project? :headbang Actually plannin doin it over Thanksgiving week....vacation. Upgrading from my SLP Twin runners, can't wait to see the difference
