okay, i bowled another 300 last thursday, and my first 2 i don't remember sizing for my ring(s). when i went to size it this time, i used the little rings, came out with an 11. i got a call today from the USBC saying it would take an extra week or so due to the large size? i dont really have "fat" fingers or anything, and my other two rings didn't take more than a week. aparantly an 11 is a big size? i'm curious, especially seeings how i don't wear them.
Are thet sizing it up? Then they have to add material.

A 11 is the average size for a guys hand.

It is going back in storage Thanksgiving weekend. That is the first weekend I have to get it up north and put it in the garage. Rims are coming off today or tomorrow.

Pretty sure my wedding ring is a 10 and I bought it that way. My wife's ring had to be sized up a size and that took about a week.

I think the last bowling ring I got was a 10-1/2 and it probably took about a month for them to get it done. Maybe they've just had a run on 11's and they're feeding you a "white lie".
