Well I just changed my water pump gaskets and after sprayed a lil engine degreaser on the front and then hosed down the engine to get rid of the antifreeze smell. Now while driving yesterday the SES light comes on. So I scanned the code @ autozone and get PO327.

I guess its somthing with the knock sensor. Any idea where I should start?

Well its a royal PITA job on a stock car. You should replace both. the intake has to come off, and then once replaced they MUST be torqued to 14 ft lbs.

No idea on the part #. Any gm dealer can tell you that by year and model.

yeah have fun with that.. ive had my intake mani off twice. once to put on the ls6 mani and another time to replace the oil pressure sending unit.. be VERY carefull when you pull off the intake mani that you reach all the way to the back and watch the lines on the back of it so you dont break the oil psi sending unit. otherwise you will be doing it all over again. have fun.

really???? well i guess it depends on were it breaks. i drove mine for a couple days b4 i replaced it. the oil psi gauge just didn't work and the ses light was on because of it but it didn't leak at all.
