I was JUST talking to my boss at Fun World about this on his Z06. I just can't believe that GM is having this problem.

They have a recall. Apparently its more common in southern and warmer climate states. What's happening is the adhesive that they used to glue the roof on with is breaking down and the roofs are basically just flapping in the wind....I heard of one in California that actually flew off. Thats what I've heard

alot of fbodies did this too. especially warmer climate vehicles, but their roofs would bubble up and look like blisters. Mine did this even after the painter grinded them down a bit.

Yup. I think there was actually two here in caly now that have ripped off on the freeway.

Yes there was a recall on them. The gue lets go and some roofs have come off.

Altought the video label is wrong - the Z06 does not come with a removable roof.

I had no clue they were have that problem like the F bodys. My camaro is one of the few cars I've seen that hasn't had the sail pnl problem. I got lucky.
