As I'm sure most of you know Adam (68RR440) has come upon some rough times in life due to a few health problems. Wayne (Pro_show_SS), Andy (Cryptic) and I were bouncing around the idea of a small fundraiser for him and his family.

We are thinking about collecting donated items or services (Example: I will come over and plug up your crapper and stink the place up or something) and I will E bay or Craigslist the items/services.

We are open to suggestions so feel free to post them or PM one of us.

Due to the fact that he has kids and what not we would also be more than happy to take food also. (Canned Yams are not food!)

I have a good enough work schedule that I can pick things up from anyone at all. (I will show up in the woody van so every can get a chance to stroke my wood a bit!)

It seems they are in a bit of need and I hate to sound all touchy-feely but he'd do it for any of us.....

Sean

P.S.: This in no way makes up for anything rotten I have ever done. In fact I plan to shoot baby ducks at nuns with a Polish cannon to make up for it.

I have a whole bunch of 65-67 Mustang parts. Original wheels and what not, just need to be cleaned up. I'll get on that.

I'd say a combination of Ebay and Craigslist... just to try to avoid dealing with shipping.

What about a BCM rummage sale somewhere, I'm sure a lot of people here have a lot of stuff they usually donate to good will or just throw it away... I say E Bay off the more desirable items, then have a rummage sale for the rest
of the stuff whatever it may be...... I have some things to donate and will
call Donut and PRO SHOW...............

That was my theory also. I am in no mood to deal with shipping big crap but Craigslist works well for that.

Right now we are assesing the whole situation. There has been some doubt brought to the severity of the situation. As soon as we get the real story things will be put in gear.
